Refund Policy
No Refunds on Active or Completed Work
Once a project has started or any work has been delivered, refunds are not applicable. Services such as video editing, branding, and digital marketing require time, effort, and creative input. Because of this, completed or ongoing work cannot be reversed or refunded.
Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has started, no refunds will be issued for payments already made. Any remaining work will be stopped, and access to project files or materials may be restricted.
Delays and Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and required materials. Delays in communication or missing assets may affect project timelines. DreamScribe Media is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the client side.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in rare situations where services were not delivered according to the agreed scope or expectations. Each request will be reviewed carefully, and final decisions will be made at the discretion of DreamScribe Media.
