Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional approval and charges. We aim to deliver services on time, but timelines may change based on project complexity or client response.
Client Responsibilities
All content created by DreamScribe Media remains our property until full payment is completed.
This includes videos, graphics, designs, and branding materials. Clients are not allowed to reuse, copy, or distribute our work without permission unless agreed in writing.
Payments & Billing
All payments must be completed as per the agreed terms.
Advance payments are non-refundable unless clearly stated. Failure to complete payment may result in project delay, suspension, or cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
DreamScribe Media is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages caused by the use of our services.
We aim to deliver high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
